GUIDELINES:

1. The abstract and the paper must be mailed to email in IEEE format on or before 21-july-2015

2. The subject of the mail should be the name of the paper.

3. The body of the mail must contain:

     • TITLE

     • PARTICIPANT(S) NAME

     • YEAR OF STUDY AND DEPARTMENT

     • INSTITUTION'S NAME AND LOCATION

     • PARTICIPANT'S CONTACT NO. and E-MAIL ID

4. Selected papers will be intimidated by mail on 25th JULY 2015.

5. Two Hard copies and one soft copy of the paper must be in the    participant's possession on the day of the event.

     • A team can have a maximum of 3 members.

     • The maximum time for presenting is 7 minutes.

     • The participants will be questioned for 3 minutes.

     • Judges decision will be final.

6. Registration is mandatory.
